Warranty

1. What Is Covered

All PawPal products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This includes manufacturing defects, broken seams or zippers, and malfunctioning components under normal use.

2. What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, or minor cosmetic changes;
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions;
• Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or otherwise damaging the product;
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please contact us at support@pawpal.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We will review your claim within 1–2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will either replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We may request that you return the defective item; if so, we will provide a prepaid return label.
